"This really elevated my mom's 65 birthday party. I booked her services from out of State and she was easy to communicate with and very responsive! She worked with our theme and made adjustments wherever requested. The bar, custom drinks and service were excellent! Highly recommend and look forward to working with her for any future parties/celebrations in the Greensboro area."
"The Polished Pour was AMAZING from start to finish! We hired her for my husband Charles' surprise 40th birthday celebration, and I truly couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. From the initial taste testing to helping us pick the perfect drinks for the menu, she was professional, patient, creative, and so easy to work with. What made it even better was that my husband was actually there during the tasting and had NO IDEA the drinks were being selected for his own surprise 40th birthday party! She played right along, never missed a beat, and kept the surprise completely intact. And the drinks did NOT disappoint! The cocktails were delicious, but let me tell you—the mocktails were EVERYTHING! I am extremely picky when it comes to mocktails because I still want a good, flavorful, grown-up drink without the alcohol, and she absolutely understood the assignment! On the day of the party, she was professional, personable, and brought such great energy to the celebration. I would absolutely book her again and recommend her without hesitation. If you're thinking about booking The Polished Pour—DO IT!"

"Polished Pour was outstanding! Mykayla really worked with me on a custom menu… I don't know much about cocktails and she really took the time to guide me through the different flavors / options to come up with the perfect menu. The drinks were beyond perfect and tasted sooo yummy! She is very knowledgeable, professional and so very kind. Highly highly recommended!!"

"Highly recommend! She was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from the start. The drinks were fantastic — guests couldn't stop raving about them — and she kept everything clean throughout the event. On top of her skills, she was warm and personable, adding great energy to the night. I'll definitely be booking her again!"
"Outstanding Service & Delicious Drinks! If you are looking for top-tier beverage service for your next event, look no further than The Polished Pour by Kayla LLC! We recently had the pleasure of working with Kayla for two separate occasions—my wife's Prayer Brunch and a birthday celebration for a dear friend—and she delivered an exceptional experience both times. Her mocktails were absolute perfection—delicious, beautifully crafted, and a total hit with all of our guests. Kayla is punctual, organized, and brings a warm, polished energy that truly elevates the atmosphere. I cannot recommend The Polished Pour by Kayla LLC highly enough, and we will definitely be booking her again for future events!"
